Book With AI - AI Powered Operating System for Beauty Professionals was a result from the frustration I lived myself.

I wanted a life outside my business. I couldn’t afford what it cost me.

In beauty, owning a business doesn’t always mean owning a salon with a team. It can mean renting a booth, working from a suite, serving clients from home, or building your business inside someone else’s shop.

You may work alone, but you still have the responsibilities of a business owner. And you have a personal life that deserves just as much space as anyone else’s.

I kept asking myself: why should having a smaller budget mean having less of my life to myself?

There was always one more call to answer.

Future customercalling…

A text while helping your child with homework. A DM while on vacation. A potential client calling in the middle of a service, when your attention—and your clean hands—need to stay with the client in front of you.

Then there are the little things that follow you through the day: making a note, adding the next appointment to the calendar, remembering who needs a response.

Individually, they seem small. Together, they make it feel like you never really leave work.

I knew that feeling. It annoyed me, exhausted me, and eventually pushed me to set a boundary.

I chose personal time. Then I felt the financial cost.

I decided I would stop answering business calls, texts, and DMs after work hours.

For a while, I had the mental peace I had been missing. My time felt like mine again.

But that peace came with a cost. Before long, my bank account took a hit.

That was the part I couldn’t accept: feeling that protecting my personal life meant putting my income at risk.

I didn’t want to choose between being available all the time and being able to support myself.

I needed support I could actually afford.

Why couldn’t I have a receptionist to answer while I was busy—or simply done working for the day? Why couldn’t I have an assistant to help keep my appointments organized?

Those needs weren’t unreasonable. But hiring someone to handle them wasn’t financially within reach.

A booth renter’s time with their family matters just as much as a franchise owner’s. A professional working from home deserves to enjoy a vacation just as much as someone with a fully staffed salon.

The size of our businesses shouldn’t decide whether we get to have boundaries.

So I gave myself an assignment.

My background in computer science and software development gave me a way to respond to that frustration. My experience in beauty gave me a reason to keep going.

I decided to build the support I had needed—with other independent professionals like me in mind. People carrying the work of several roles, without the budget to hire several people.

That assignment became Book With AI + SANAA.

The platform brings bookings, clients, staff, and payments together. SANAA, Book With AI’s AI receptionist, takes care of the front desk—answering calls, helping customers, booking appointments, and handling changes like rescheduling and cancellations. She automatically detects the language a customer is speaking and switches languages as the customer’s questions change.

As I built SANAA, I began thinking about professionals in other fields who may be carrying the same frustration as salon owners. That is why I deliberately designed SANAA as a modular layer that established technology platforms can add to what they already offer, without rebuilding their systems from scratch.

Book With AI + SANAA gives beauty professionals the support I once needed, while SANAA opens the door to helping other industries through partnerships with businesses that already serve them.

It grew from a very personal wish: to give my business the attention it needed without giving it every available moment of my life.

That is what I’m building toward.

More room to focus on the client in front of you. More room to be present with your family. More room to put the phone down.

Book With AI is my response to a problem I lived—and my way of helping others who know exactly how that feels.
