Farheen Dhanani comes from both technology and beauty. Her background in computer science and software development gave her the experience to build and understand technology from the inside. Her education in the beauty industry gave her direct exposure to the world Book With AI is being built for.
Those two paths revealed the same opportunity: independent beauty professionals increasingly need sophisticated technology to compete and operate professionally, but the best technology is often designed, priced, or structured around larger businesses.
