Services offered

Book With AI is an appointment-scheduling platform for salons and their clients. Salon owners can also subscribe to SANAA, an AI voice receptionist that answers inbound calls and books appointments on their behalf.

For customers booking appointments

Using the app to find a salon and book an appointment is free. You're responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for showing up to, rescheduling, or cancelling appointments according to the individual salon's own cancellation policy.

For salon owners — subscriptions and billing

Salon owner accounts are billed monthly through Stripe across three subscription tiers: Essential, Professional, and Elite. Founding/beta clients keep their discounted introductory rate for as long as their subscription remains active and in good standing.

Subscription charges are non-refundable except as described in our refund policy. You can cancel at any time and will retain access through the remainder of your paid period.

Your responsibilities

If you use SMS features, you're responsible for obtaining proper opt-in consent from your own customers. If you use SANAA, you're responsible for complying with all applicable call-recording laws in your jurisdiction.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Shelby County, Tennessee.

Changes to these terms

We'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any material change to these terms takes effect.
