What gets deleted

When you request deletion, we permanently remove your account and personal information from Book With AI, including your name, email address, phone number, saved profile details, and login credentials.

What we keep, and why

Salons you've booked with may be legally required to retain basic transaction records (such as appointment and payment history) for accounting, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes. This information is retained by the salon independent of your Book With AI account and is not accessible to us once your account is deleted.

How to request deletion

Tap the button below to send a deletion request from your registered email address. We process all requests within 30 days and will confirm by email once your account and data have been removed.

If the button above doesn't open your email app, you can send your request directly to support@bookwithai.app with the subject line "Account & Data Deletion Request".
